Driver: The rent-a-car driver must be at least 21 years old and must hold a valid driving licence for at least 2 years.

Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours)

Tax: VAT is included in the price (20%).

Additional driver: Free of charge.

Deposit: A deposit is required and is stated in the price list. Credit cards are accepted (VISA, MasterCard, Diners, Dina).

Unlimited mileage: If the rental period is longer than 3 days, mileage is unlimited. For rentals up to 3 days, mileage is limited to 150 km per day.

Fuel: Paid by the renter. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup, the renter must pay for the missing fuel according to current prices.

Traffic fines: Any fines caused by the renter must be paid by the renter.

Damage Waiver Insurance (CDW): The renter may purchase damage insurance for €4 per day; otherwise, the renter participates with 10% of the damage cost. This insurance does not release the renter from responsibility in cases of violation of traffic rules/regulations, failure to report the damage to the police, etc. Damage to tyres and the vehicle undercarriage is not covered by this insurance and the renter must pay 100% of such damage.

Theft Protection: To be exempt from liability in case of vehicle theft, the renter may purchase theft protection for €4 per day. This means the renter is not liable for damage in case of theft. If the renter does not purchase theft protection, they are obliged to pay 10% of the value of the stolen vehicle. The renter must report the theft to the police and provide an official report, vehicle documents, and original keys; otherwise, the insurance is not valid.

Night delivery/return of the vehicle: (from 20:00 to 08:00) is charged €20. Delivery/return on Sundays is also charged €20.

Vehicle use: The renter is obliged to take care of the vehicle and inform Omnibus Rent a Car agency in case of any issues. Off-road driving, racing, towing other vehicles, lending the vehicle to another person, and any modifications to the vehicle are not allowed. If the vehicle is returned dirty, car wash costs will be charged.
